About the programme

Our Hosted buyers programme is a bespoke VIP campaign program that aims to bring together qualified buyers and suppliers within the design and hospitality market.

The purpose of a hosted buyers program is to facilitate business transactions and create networking opportunities for both buyers and suppliers.

By bringing together qualified buyers who have expressed interest in purchasing goods or services, with suppliers who have a track record of meeting their needs, the program aims to increase the likelihood of successful business deals and help foster long-term business relationships.

What is the requirement?

You must be a senior decision maker within your organisation, Hotel Developer / Owner or operating in the procurement department.

Available to attend across the two shows of the show, attend arranged meetings and travel to the show between 23 - 25 May.


How to apply?

  • Register your interest
  • Selection process: Once confirmed as one of our Hosted Buyers, a member of the team will be in contact with you to understand what your sourcing requirements are and who you’re looking to meet at the show
  • Matching process: The team will then match your requirements with the best-fit exhibitor at the show and arrange a time to meet accordingly
  • After the matching process is completed, a meeting will be arranged between the team here and the exhibitor in question
