  1. What is The Leisure Show and who participates?

    The Leisure Show, co-located with The Hotel Show Dubai is the MENA’s premier B2B event for the leisure, sports, and resorts industry. The event hosts over 100 international suppliers, and is the best platform for architects, developers, engineers, owners and buyers in the industry to source the latest products and services, attend workshops & seminars, and network with peers.

  2. Where and when does the show take place?

    The show will take place 18-20 September, 2017, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, in halls 7-8.

  3. What are the show's timings?

    The show is open daily from 10am – 6pm.

  4. How long has the show been running?

    The Leisure Show was launched alongside The Hotel Show Dubai in 2013. The 2017 edition is its 5th edition.

    Visitors to The Leisure Show can source the latest in:

  6. Should I visit or exhibit at the show?

    Visitors to the show are typically architects, designers and other key decision makers from gyms, resorts and commercial leisure developments looking for the latest products and services for their properties.   7. How can I participate in the show?

    To attend the show, you must be registered as a visitor. Visitor registration opens in June. In the meantime, please register your interest to visit.

  8. How much does it cost to exhibit at the show?

    Stand rates vary based on stand types. For stand pricing, please contact Sarkis Kahwajian.

  9. Where can I find a list of companies exhibiting at the show?

    The exhibitor list is available on the website starting July.

  10. I am a student. Can I visit the show?

    The show is ideal for students focusing on hospitality & hotel management, architecture, interior design and related industries. Colleges / universities looking to visit the show with larger groups must get in touch with Tina Quraishi to schedule a visit.

  11. I am a journalist. Should I register as a visitor?

    To attend the show, you must register using the visitor registration form. If you are a journalist or a member of press, please select press/media as your nature of business so we can issue you a media badge at the event. Registration opens in June. In the meantime, please register your interest to visit. The event is free of charge to attend.

  12. Can I bring my children to the show?

    Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry into the show.

  13. I would like to explore exhibiting at the show. Where can I find more information?

  14. Do I have to pay to visit the event?

    Access to the show is free of charge for all industry professionals.

  15. Can I invite my friends / colleagues to visit the event?

    Once you have registered your visit to the show, you will be able to recommend the show to friends and colleagues. Your colleague will then receive an invitation from us to register free.

  16. I have registered but not received a confirmation email. What do I do?

  17. The email address I used to register has changed/is no longer valid/is not accessible to me any longer. What do I do?

    You get free access to The Hotel Show if you are registered for The Leisure Show.

  21. How do I get to the venue?

    The venue is conveniently located off Sheikh Zayed Road by the Dubai World Trade Centre building. With convenient access by road and metro [Dubai World Trade Centre metro station using the red line], the venue is easy to get to.

  22. How do I register as a VIP?

    Please register yourself to visit the show; if you meet VIP criteria, you will automatically be upgraded in the system as a VIP visitor.

  23. Can I park free of charge at the venue?

    There is no free parking available at the venue but paid parking and valet options are available at the Ibis Hotel and the Novotel. Other paid parking options are available close to the venue.
